Hotspot Shield provides highly competitive cybersecurity subscription software, offering a free limited, ad-supported version and paid subscriptions.

The project initially focused on understanding and improving the conversion rate for Hotspot Shield’s organic users. 

As the business runs on a freemium model it was vital to track through to both trial and purchase. 

A sequence of 20 tests over the first 7 months delivered a 35% increase in the Visit to Purchase rate.

The client expanded the project to work on 6 other subscription software sites.

We have now been working on sites for the parent company for over 4 years.
