I’m Tim, I’m the Commercial Director for David Austin Roses.
David Austin Roses is the key market leader in the high end of the rose market. We have about 200 plus employees and we operate across multiple channels. David Austin Roses sells roses primarily online and has a turnover of approximately 30 million pounds per annum.

We saw the results really quickly. The first three tests which we’ve run, all increased conversion. Two of those increased conversion by over 5% each.

The key thing for us has been that with Browser To Buyer, we haven’t been passed down to more junior members. The team that we set out with 12 months ago, I believe, is still there today. And that enables them, and us, to develop a better understanding with each other. So they understand our market and any nuances that we feel are there.
