Increasing the number of leads for Work.Life

Work.Life is a office rental provider, with a number of locations, who were aiming to increase leads, targeting companies of 3-20 employees.  

Work.Life wanted to increase the number of users booking a tour for office rentals.  

  • Through mystery shopping, sales team interviews, analysis of customer feedback and user testing we identified that the primary motivators for users were office imagery, and the friendly staff.  
  • We created new landing pages which focused on office images and overcame users’ major concerns.  
  • The new pages made the ‘property managers’ the centre of the offering, highlighting the friendly and welcoming approach which customers valued the most.  
  • Research showed that many users were too early in their buying cycle to book a tour, so we introduced softer CTAs (like ask a question) which generated additional leads

Overall the improvements to the site delivered +46% more tours.
